Connect the software your business already runs on.
Your accounting, CRM, scheduling and industry software, connected — so information is entered once and appears everywhere it is needed.
Most businesses do not have a software problem so much as a gap problem. Each tool is fine on its own; the trouble is the space between them, which gets filled with exports, imports and someone re-typing. An integration closes that gap: when a job is approved in one system, the invoice, the schedule and the customer update follow on their own.
What we build
- Two-way sync between systems
Customers, jobs, orders and invoices kept consistent across the tools that each need a copy, with clear rules about which system wins.
- One source of truth
Where several systems disagree today, a single record that the others read from — so the answer to “which number is right?” is no longer a meeting.
- Event-driven updates
Webhooks and scheduled jobs that react when something changes, instead of a nightly export someone has to remember to run.
- APIs for your own systems
When your custom system needs to be reachable by a partner, a customer or another tool, a documented, permissioned API for it.
- Failures that get noticed
An integration that fails silently is worse than none. A failed sync raises an alert to a person instead of quietly drifting out of step.
A good fit, and not a fit
Worth a conversation
- A process you can point to — the spreadsheet, the email chain or the workaround your team repeats every week.
- An established business, where the people who feel the problem can get the person who decides into the conversation.
- You want the system built properly AND looked after once it is running.
Not what we do
- Replacing an ERP, an accounting package or a clinical record system outright. We build around those, not instead of them.
- A ten-day miracle app. Work that size takes longer than that, and we would rather say so now than halfway through.
- Staff augmentation for a large in-house team. PiTech scopes, builds and maintains whole projects; it does not rent out developers.
- “We need AI” with no problem attached to it yet. Bring the problem and we can talk about whether it needs AI at all.
How the work runs
- 01 Workflow consultation Free · about 30 minutes
Show us the workflow or the problem. We ask questions and tell you whether custom software is worth exploring — or whether something simpler would do.
- 02 Discovery & specification Paid engagement
Where there is a strong fit, we map the workflow properly and write it up as a specification: what the system does, for whom, how it connects, what it costs and when. You keep it whether or not we build it.
- 03 Fixed-scope build Quoted against the spec
The build is quoted and scheduled against the specification, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. Anything new is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly into the timeline.
- 04 Launch & care Optional monthly plan
Launch, then hosting, updates, security patches, store submissions and changes as your business moves. Whoever built it maintains it, and you can stop the plan whenever it stops being worth paying for.
What Discovery & Specification can cover
- Workflow mapping
- Requirements
- User roles and permissions
- Integrations
- Technical architecture
- UX planning
- Scope and project phases
- Estimated timeline
- Budget
- A written specification you keep
An integration is only as good as the other system’s API. Some vendors offer complete, documented access; some offer very little, or charge for it. We check what is actually possible with your vendors before quoting, and say so if a connection cannot be built reliably.

Name the systems and the hand-off between them. We’ll check what their APIs allow and tell you whether a connection is worth building.
You’ll hear directly from PiTech, typically the same business day.
