Microsoft 365 ships with a great deal switched off. Conditional access, audit logging, sensible sharing defaults, retention policies — all available on licenses most businesses already pay for, and all left at their defaults in the majority of tenants we are handed.

- License optimization
Most tenants are paying for seats nobody uses and tiers nobody needs. I audit them and right-size.
- Security baseline
Conditional access, MFA enforcement, audit logging and sane sharing defaults, configured and documented.
- Azure workloads
Where a server genuinely belongs in the cloud, I size it, move it and manage it. Where it does not, I say so.
I will not push you into a migration that costs more than the setup you already have. Sometimes the answer is that your current arrangement is fine and the money is better spent elsewhere.
