Founder-led, from discovery through support.
Pi Consultants Technology Solutions LLC — trading as PiTech Consultants — was founded in 2024 to build custom software, web applications and mobile apps for established businesses: the systems that replace spreadsheets, repetitive work and disconnected tools. Based in the Tampa Bay area, in Valrico, FL. Serving businesses throughout Florida and nationwide.
You work directly with the person responsible for your project.
I'm Mina. When you work with PiTech Consultants, you work with me — in the first conversation, through discovery and the specification, during the build, and in the support after launch. There is no sales-to-developer handoff and no revolving account manager: the person who learned how your business runs is the person who designs the system around it.
PiTech Consultants is not a large agency and does not present itself as one. What it offers instead is accountability — the person who knows why every part of your system was built the way it was, and who is still answering for it years from now.
Where the name comes from
Pi Consultants Technology Solutions. The registered name is the whole thing; PiTech is what everybody actually says. The π in the mark has been there since day one.
Custom software, web applications and mobile apps.
Operations systems, customer and employee portals, dashboards, workflow tools and the integrations between them — built around the way a business actually operates. The clearest live example is the St. Reweis church project: a website and a mobile app that share one design, one database and one login.
Live on the App Store, Google Play and at streweis.org.
- Announcements and the weekly schedule stay in sync across both
- Access can be limited to a single task — announcements, schedule or forms — or granted as super admin
- Still maintained, with features and fixes still shipping
A conversation first, then an agreed scope.
The first conversation is free and short: you show us what is not working, and we tell you whether custom software is worth exploring. Small, well-defined work can go straight to a written proposal. Larger systems start with a paid discovery, its scope and fee agreed in advance, which turns the problem into a written specification. Either way, the build is quoted against an agreed scope.
- 01 Free consultation Free · about 30 minutes
Show us the workflow or the problem. We ask questions and tell you whether custom software is worth exploring — or whether something simpler would do.
- 02 Discovery, when needed Paid · agreed in advance
Larger or less certain projects start here. We map the workflow properly and write it up as a specification: what the system does, for whom, how it connects and in what phases. Its scope, deliverables and fee are agreed before it starts, and you keep the specification whether or not we build it.
- 03 Proposal & agreed build Quoted against the scope
A clear written proposal: what will be built, in what phases, by when and for how much. Once it is agreed, the figure you approve is the figure you pay; anything new is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly into the timeline.
- 04 Launch & ongoing support Optional
After launch we can host and maintain it — updates, security patches, store submissions and changes as your business moves — or deploy it to a cloud account you own. Support is optional, and you can stop it whenever it stops being worth paying for.
Four things I hold to.
- 01
Maintained, not abandoned
Whatever we build, we keep watching — updates, patches and store changes handled as they arrive, rather than the day after something breaks.
- 02
A number you agree first
Builds are quoted against a fixed scope; care plans and IT retainers are a flat monthly figure. No hourly meter running while you decide whether to call.

Independent advice
No vendor commissions, and a plain answer when a smaller piece of work — or none at all — would serve you better.
