For the advisors who see the spreadsheet problem first.
You already know which of your clients are held together by spreadsheets, duplicate entry and one person who remembers how it all works. I build the system that fixes it — and I do not touch the work you do for them.
Who this is for.
- Bookkeepers and QuickBooks ProAdvisors
You see the re-keying first: invoices typed in from another system, job costs rebuilt from spreadsheets.
- CPAs and accounting firms
Clients whose numbers arrive late or need reconciling because the operational side runs on workarounds.
- Business coaches and EOS implementers
Leadership teams that have named the process problem in a session and need someone to build the fix.
- Managed IT providers
Clients asking for software you do not build — a portal, an integration, an app — whom you would rather not lose to a firm that also sells IT.
- Industry consultants
Construction, senior living, healthcare or professional-services advisors whose clients keep hitting the same software gap.
Who to refer: an established business running a core process on spreadsheets, typing the same information into two systems, or building its reports by hand every week.
What happens next.
- 01
You introduce us
An email to both of us is enough. Tell me what you have seen; I will not ask your client to repeat what you already know.
- 02
A free first conversation
About 30 minutes with Mina. Your client hears plainly whether custom software is worth exploring — including when it is not.
- 03
You stay informed
With your client’s agreement, you hear whether it went ahead, and at what stage. You are not left wondering what happened.
- 04
Built and supported
If it goes ahead, I scope, build and support it. Your work with the client carries on exactly as before.
Your clients stay yours.
- I do not offer bookkeeping, accounting, tax, coaching or consulting.
- Managed IT is offered only to a small number of clients, and never to a client an IT partner referred.
- Anything outside the software work goes back to you.
How referrals are recognised.
The referral arrangement is agreed with each partner before a first referral, in writing, so neither side has to guess.
Tell me about your practice.
A short note is enough. I’ll reply directly, usually the same business day.
