One website and app for your parish.
One login, one schedule, and announcements that reach every member — on the web, on iPhone and on Android. Built for Coptic Orthodox, Orthodox and small-to-mid-size churches anywhere, and live today at St. Reweis Coptic Orthodox Church.
Everything a parish needs to stay in touch, in one system.
One login, one schedule
Members sign in once and see the same announcements and weekly schedule on the website and in the app — one database behind both, so nothing is kept in two places.
Admin permissions scoped to a task
A servant can be given admin over announcements, the schedule or forms only, while a super admin oversees everything. Enforced in the database, not just hidden in the screens.
Announcements to the right people
Post to the whole congregation or to a group — a youth meeting, a servants’ list — now or scheduled for later.
Push notifications
A published announcement reaches members’ phones, and their browser if they allow it, the moment it goes out.
Forms
Sign-ups and questionnaires, including multiple choice, filled in from the app or the site, with responses exported for the people who run them.
Automatic expiry
Announcements take themselves down when they are no longer relevant, so last month’s event is not still at the top.
Built for your tradition
St. Reweis carries the Coptic calendar with the readings for any day. Your church’s calendar, feasts and services can be built in the same way.
St. Reweis Coptic Orthodox Church
One place for announcements, the weekly schedule and forms — on a phone and on the web — instead of separate systems that disagree with each other. Live on the App Store, Google Play and the open web.

Published under your church’s own developer accounts, or PiTech’s.
If your church has Apple and Google developer accounts, the app is published under them and belongs to you. If it does not, it can go out under the Pi Consultants accounts, as St. Reweis does, and the store reviews, renewals and updates are handled for you.
Setup, then a monthly fee.
A one-time setup for the website and both apps, then a monthly fee for hosting, store renewals, updates and help for the people who run it. Both are quoted after a short first conversation about what your parish needs.

How you share announcements and the schedule today, and who looks after it. About 30 minutes, no charge.
You’ll hear directly from PiTech, typically the same business day.
