Privacy Policy

This policy covers what Pi Consultants Technology Solutions LLC collects through this website and what we do with it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
What this site collects
Nothing at all unless you submit the contact form. This site runs no analytics, does not profile you across other sites, and loads no third-party fonts. The only third-party scripts are Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the contact form from automated abuse, and — only on the landing pages our paid ads point to, and on the page shown after a form is sent — the Google Ads and X (Twitter) conversion tags.
The contact form
When you submit the form we receive what you entered: your name, email address, company, and the description of what isn't working, plus anything optional you chose to add — phone number, industry, company size, what you use today, what you would like the process to look like, budget range and timeline. If you arrived from one of our ads, we also receive the page you submitted from and its campaign parameters (such as utm_source), so we know which ad brought you. That information is emailed to us and used for one purpose: replying to your enquiry.
- We do not add you to a mailing list.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
- We do not route your submission through a third-party form service.
Enquiries are retained in our email for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship, and deleted on request.
Turnstile
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a script. It does not use tracking cookies and does not profile you across sites. Cloudflare processes your IP address for this check.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard request information — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user-agent — for security and abuse prevention. We use these logs only to keep the site available and secure.
Advertising
Only two kinds of page carry Google's conversion tag: the landing pages our
advertising points at (/start and the pages under it), and the
confirmation page shown after the contact form is sent. On those pages Google sets
cookies beginning _gcl_, which
record that a click on an advertisement led to an enquiry. They tell us that an ad
worked; they are not used to build a profile of you, and no other page on this site
loads the tag at all.
The same pages also carry X's (formerly Twitter's) conversion pixel, which loads
a script from X. It sets a cookie named _twclid on this site to record
that a click on an X advertisement led to an enquiry, and X may read its own cookies
if you are signed in to X in the same browser. As with Google's tag, no other page on
this site loads it.
Client portal
Our client billing portal is a separate, access-controlled system and is not covered by this policy. Clients receive its terms when their account is created. Payments are processed by Intuit on a QuickBooks-hosted page; we never receive or store your card details.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email service@pitechconsultants.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
